1. Free Trial/Free Account

FluidPrompter provides a free account/trial sign-up to allow prospective users to evaluate its suitability for their workflow and technical requirements.

Users are strongly encouraged to try FluidPrompter free before making a purchase decision.

2. Refund Policy

All sales are generally final, given that we provide free access to FluidPrompter for testing, but we are happy to review refund requests in certain special circumstances.

Refunds are not routinely issued. However, in exceptional circumstances, FluidLabs Software Ltd. may approve a refund at its sole discretion.

Situations that may warrant a refund include:

• Duplicate purchases
• Irreparable technical issues verified by our support team

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the payment and must include a valid justification. Each request is reviewed individually.
